Indian Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has said that Nepal would get exchange facility for demonetized Indian currency with the denominations of 500 and 1,000.
Talking to journalists on Friday, the Indian Finance Minister, who arrived in Nepal for his deliberation on ‘Nepal Investment Summit’, said the central banks of both Nepal and India would finalize the issue after preparing a modality for the exchange.
Likewise, Jaitley made his commitment for economic connectivity of Nepal and India through trans-national transmission line, transport infrastructure and railway services. RSS
